This wonderful coffee from the region of Espirito Santo, Brazil, is wonderfully complex and structured, with a smooth body, Honey sweetness and Grapefruit acidity.
Sourced via our friends at Southland Coffee Merchants, Arcino is named after it's producer Arcino Filete, who arrived to the Mountains of Espirito in 1979 and established his farms and family in the region. Arcino is a third generation coffee farmer who involves his whole family in the coffee production including their three sons Fabrício, Wilsinei and Gilcimar.
Innovative farming techniques combined with simplicity of a family farm are important values for the Filete’s. Since they started their journey in the specialty coffee market they have been seeking both education and knowledge as part of their commitment to quality. The Espirito Santo region in which Arcino is grown is a well-known and established coffee growing region, ideal for Arabica coffee production, with altitudes between 700-1500masl.
